Upon receipt of your payment, Revoluxe will carefully pack your order for shipment. We use the services of PostNL to ensure reliable delivery.

The Netherlands (NL): 1–2 working days (Standard free shipping)

European Union (EU): 3–10 working days (Standard free shipping)

United States (US): 8–12 working days (Free shipping from $100)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns

Please contact us before proceeding with any return. You can cancel an order free of charge within 4 working days after payment, provided it has not yet been shipped.

To return products:

Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged. You are responsible for any shipping costs and risks; Revoluxe is not liable for transport damage or loss of returned items. We recommend dropping off packages at a PostNL agency and requesting a 3S code—keep this code safe as proof of shipment.

Include the original packing slip, invoice, or a brief covering letter to help us process your return promptly. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the amount paid back to your original payment method.
