Return Policy

Please contact us at all times before proceeding with a return.

Orders can be canceled free of charge within 4 working days after payment, provided that the orders have not yet been shipped. In case you want to return the products, you must send the unused product(s) in the original packaging, properly packed to the address below. Returns are not possible for products that have been opened, used, or damaged. Please note that the shipping costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned items.

If you are returning a product from the Netherlands, but it does not fit through the letterbox, you can drop off the package at a PostNL agency. Packages will be provided with a 3S code by PostNL. Returns are at the risk of the buyer. This means that Revoluxe is not liable for transport damage or loss of the returned products. Always ask for a 3S number at the post agency and keep it carefully. Include the original packing slip, invoice, or a covering letter with the return for prompt processing.

For products that have been returned correctly, the amount paid by you will be refunded to your account.

If you have placed an order but have not yet paid and wish to cancel the order, please contact us (revoluxestudios@gmail.com) and mention the order number.
